RETURNS POLICY
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE NOT FREE OF CHARGE; FEES APPLY.

Can I return my order? Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
In that case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.
2. The product shows only normal handling; breakage caused by careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. The return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, it will be officially accepted within that period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How can I return my order? If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to start the return process:
- Send an email to: ateliervisualgarrido@gmail.com
- Make sure the email includes the following:
  Order number
  Reason for the return request
  Photo of the product in case of breakage
  Customer's first and last name
  Customer's address
We will then get in touch with you and give you the return address. Never send the return to the sender address; we will send you the correct address once you request it.
You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. The consumer has the right to withdraw in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, received or took possession of the last goods.
Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are carried out as soon as they are placed. We therefore cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform ATELIER VISUAL GARRIDO by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

Shipments in transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them. You may, of course, let us know in advance about your cancellation. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a proof of shipment.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs (other than additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract and receive the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
